Chilli Prawn Spaghetti

Serves 2 – 3


  • 500 grams fresh king prawns
  • 400 grams spaghetti
  • 50grams rocket leaves
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Quarter of a fresh lemon
  • Fresh chilli to taste
  • Parmesan to taste
  • Generous glug of olive oil

Cooking Method

Cook pasta to taste

Finely chop chilli and garlic

Heat oil in a large frying pan.

Gently fry garlic and chilli adding prawns.

Cook prawns until pink then remove from heat and add to pasta.

Add lemon, rocket, Parmesan and pepper.

Stir, serve immediately.
