Sea Bream Fillets with Lemon & Parsley

Serves 4


  • 4 sea bream – approx. 450g (1lb) each
  • 1 small bunch of flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 lemon - sliced
  • 50ml (2fl oz) of white wine
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

Cooking Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas mark 6

Lay out the fish, side by side, on baking sheets

Divide the parsley and lemon slices among them and stuff them into the cavities

Pour over the white wine and olive oil and add plenty of seasoning

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes

Serve at once with the juices poured over
