Paul’s Fisheries is a fresh seafood delivery company, established in 1998 by Paul Henderson, who has over twenty years' experience in the industry. SEAFOOD SELECTION
Fish and shellfish tend to be lower in calories and high in many important nutrients including high-
quality protein, vitamin D, and various other vitamins and minerals. Oil-rich fish is also a good source
of omega-3 fatty acids. These essential nutrients help keep our bodies and brains healthy.
The NHS recommends that a healthy, well-balanced diet for adults* should include at least two
portions of fish a week, including one portion of oily fish.
